After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Anatomy and Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University with honors, Dr. Steffins spent more than 20 years building and operating a successful chiropractic practice in Louisiana. In 2025, he and his family relocated to North County San Diego, where he assumed ownership of Innate Health & Healing and continued his mission of helping patients restore mobility, reduce pain and improve their overall quality of life.
Throughout his career, Dr. Steffins has pursued advanced education in spine care, rehabilitation, movement assessment and soft tissue treatment. His extensive post-graduate training includes specialized certifications in primary spine care, functional movement assessment, dry needling, neuromuscular reeducation and soft tissue rehabilitation techniques. In 2023, he became one of the first chiropractors in the nation to earn a Fellowship in Primary Spine Care, reflecting his dedication to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care.
